Management Accountant

Midlands- Flexible Remote Working

c£45- £50K pa.

We’re searching for a dynamic Management Accountant to join a fast growing UK company.

This is a newly created role and will report directly to the Head of Finance Operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of project work, as well as owning revenue/debtors accounting and input to our month-end cycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading on a rebuild of all processes and reporting in the team
• Constantly reviewing the way in which we work and putting forward recommendations for improved ways of working
• Building and structuring revenue accounting processes
• Reporting on and providing analysis on debtor accounting
• Supporting month-end accounting and reporting
• Leading on and supporting data visualisation and self-serve reporting

About You:

• You will be a dynamic, self-motivated, and clear communicator with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
• You will be comfortable with navigating through ambiguity and plotting a course through
• You will be focused on getting the result and putting forward solutions

• Qualifications and skills:
• Qualified or nearly qualified in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Demonstrable history of credibly engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced level Excel skill and knowledge
• Intermediate/Advanced level PowerPoint skill and knowledge
